Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and solution design for CPQ, CRM, and revenue systems. Drive improvements across Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. Influence and guide integrations with NetSuite ERP and revenue recognition systems. Optimize system usability and user experience across the QTC landscape. Own the lifecycle of enhancements: discovery, documentation, prioritization, UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration. Evaluate new tools, vendors, and architectures. Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure solutions align with policy, controls, and ASC 606 guidance. Deliver training, documentation, and enablement. Champion architectural consistency and process integrity across GTM systems. Influence without authority, collaborating with technical teams, business owners, and executives. Act as a mentor and thought leader within Business Systems.
