Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or database analysis.
- Ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot datasets using SQL.
- Experience with agile software development.
- Hands-on use of AI tools within analytics or data engineering workflows.
- Basic experience with a modern software development language (Python, C#, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of Experimentation methodology/platforms.
- Understanding of documentation standards, lineage, data quality audits, and governance processes.
- Conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with proven experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Desire and ability to lead, advocate for features, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and pilot AI tools and design future enhancements.
- Define adoption metrics and collect user feedback for AI tools.
- Create enablement materials for AI-driven workflows.
- Support A/B testing frameworks and validate experiment configurations.
- Partner with teams to improve experimentation workflows.
- Recommend tooling enhancements for experiment lifecycle.
- Evaluate and design enhancements for data platform offerings.
- Promote adoption of OpenMetadata and improve metadata coverage.
- Design and track AI readiness metrics.
- Enforce data standards and governance.
- Review data quality audits and communicate results.
- Maintain data health scorecards and identify issues.
- Collaborate to prioritize and resolve data quality issues.
- Translate regulatory obligations into system requirements.
- Work with Legal, Security, and Data Engineering on compliance.
- Document workflows and maintain audit artifacts.
