Requirements:
Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a high-growth environment. Proven track record in field marketing or demand generation. Demonstrated success in creating significant results on sales opportunity pipeline creation. Deep understanding of the SMB segment. Relevant experience within the Start-up, SaaS, HR-tech, or Fintech space. Expertise in modern marketing tactics. Strong financial acumen, including structured planning and budget management skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar software. Experience with Growth Marketing methodologies. Native proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated marketing liaison to SMB Sales leadership. Own and refine the US SMB marketing strategy. Drive and execute demand and field marketing programs across SMB Industry Segments. Oversee and optimize targeted sales enablement and nurturing programs. Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Solutions teams to develop local case studies and testimonials. Establish Marketing KPIs, track performance data, and report results. Support regional brand awareness creation.
