Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a high-growth environment. Proven track record in field marketing or demand generation. Deep understanding of the SMB segment. Relevant experience within the Start-up, SaaS, HR-tech, or Fintech space. Expertise in modern marketing tactics. Strong financial acumen, including structured planning and budget management. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar software. Experience with Growth Marketing methodologies. Native proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
