8+ years of Field or Event Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, physical security, or enterprise technology.
Proven ability to design field programs aligned to GTM goals - pipeline generation, ABM motions, regional awareness, and enterprise relationship-building.
Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills with creative instincts.
Comfortable with data and ROI analysis, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Splash, or equivalent platforms.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute a scalable, data-driven field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and regional GTM goals.
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to craft events that resonate with CISOs and security leaders.
Own end-to-end event execution including budgeting, venue sourcing, logistics, vendors, swag, registration, lead capture, and onsite experience management.
Develop integrated pre- and post-event campaigns across digital, email, social, and content to maximize attendance, follow-through, and ROI.
Measure and report performance - pipeline sourced/influenced, attendance, conversion, engagement, and lift - using data to continuously optimize field programs.
Stay ahead of experiential, field, and ABM trends - testing new formats, partners, and creative approaches.
Act as an on-site brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Ambient.ai’s mission, values, and category-defining positioning.
