2+ years of experience in the hardware or network industry with device lifecycle management understanding. 2+ years of program/project management experience (planning, tracking, reporting). 2+ years of analytical and technical experience (data analysis, Excel, hardware/device research). Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and presenting technical information.

Lead and coordinate hardware lifecycle projects (end-of-life timelines, replacement needs, last-time buy planning). Conduct research on device attributes, analyzing data manually or in Excel. Interface with internal teams and clients on hardware lifecycle matters. Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents. Provide program schedules, status reports, and analytical insights. Organize cross-functional activities for on-time delivery. Respond to research requests and provide accurate data for operational churn.
