Requirements:
Excellent internal and external communication skills. Experience in external-facing enterprise account management/onboarding/customer success roles. Process oriented with strong attention to detail. Experience building back-end processes, tracking, systems to support account management at scale. Desire to please customers and do whatever-it-takes approach to ensuring success. Ability to work through ambiguity and in a hyper-growth sales environment. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter attitude with a bias for impact. Impatient driver. Prior experience in life insurance is a plus. Proficient with Slack, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office, etc.
Responsibilities:
Own full lifecycle account management for B2B partners. Lead operational onboarding with partner operational teams. Partner with strategic account managers to grow partner business. Problem-solve operational challenges for partners. Be an expert in Ethos' back-office operations. Help define account management strategy, cadences, and processes. Travel approximately 4-6 times per year or when necessary.
