Requirements:
Excellent internal and external communication skills. Experience in external-facing enterprise account management, onboarding, or customer success roles. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail. Experience building back-end processes, tracking, and systems. Desire to please customers and ensure success. Ability to work through ambiguity. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter attitude with a bias for impact. Prior experience in life insurance is a plus. Proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Own full lifecycle account management for B2B partners. Lead operational onboarding with partner operational teams. Partner with strategic account managers to grow partner business. Problem solve operational challenges and translate them into customer success strategies. Act as the voice of partner operational needs internally, working with product and technology teams. Explain Ethos' back-office operations, processes, and SLAs to external partners. Help define account management strategy, cadences, and processes.
