Senior Manager Forecasting & Planning

4+ years of technical work experience in forecasting and/or modeling. 2+ years of experience in business/operations planning. 3+ years in a client-facing role with experience managing issues with stakeholders. 4+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights. 6+ years experience in SQL, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests. 6+ years experience, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel skills. 3+ years experience in managing, coaching and developing teams.

Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations. Package analyses into cohesive recommendations. Engage with senior leadership and make recommendations. Implement processes to drive team improvement. Drive team strategy and culture. Understand and articulate data flow and findings. Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts. Clear roadblocks and enable timely delivery of work products. Project manage analytical deliverables and ensure KPIs/SLAs are met. Partner in setting vision and goals for the team. Enhance operational and analytical dashboards. Identify opportunities to create models and tools for efficiency. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
