Director of Engineering – Planning & Forecasting Products

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or other equivalent quantitative fields 8+ years of work experience in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science 3+ years of managing a team of applied scientists and ML engineers Experience building and deploying ML platform with explainability and model governance Strong machine learning, deep learning, and experience in deploying ML algorithms and advanced modeling solutions Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning languages and platforms Experience in developing featurization and ML infrastructure and system Self-starter and self-motivated with proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong communication skills to explain complex analysis to non-technical audience Works effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions strongly preferred

Product and technology leader for AI/ML technologies. Develop AI/ML roadmap. Own ML-based demand forecasting and other ML projects. Develop innovative applied data science solutions. Build and lead a team of ML and AI scientists and engineers. Mentor team in machine learning and deep learning approaches. Introduce new technologies and processes. Design solution architecture and develop scalable ML systems. Work with enterprise customers to ensure adoption. Evangelize Legion’s innovative approach.
