0-2 years of sales closing experience or strong performance as an SDR/BDR. Comfort with outbound prospecting and engaging new contacts. Ability to run a structured conversation and ask clear, thoughtful questions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. High degree of coachability and willingness to learn. Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple opportunities. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is helpful. Interest in healthcare technology and mission-driven work.
