Deep demonstrable expertise in strategic sales, alliance management, and enterprise technology business development within the GSI partner landscape Advanced commercial and technical acumen Proven success in navigating and structuring complex GSI transactions Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills Ability to operate independently and drive results with minimal oversight Demonstrated competency in data-driven forecasting, business review delivery, and strategic planning Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers Thought leadership, creativity and a Challenger Mindset Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business Passionate about post-sales customer success 5+ years of outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development Consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the North American regional GSI strategy Accountable for revenue performance and co-sell pipeline creation Function as the subject matter expert on GSI partnerships Develop and articulate compelling value propositions Establish and refine strategic commercial frameworks Provide expert judgment on negotiation strategies and deal structures Evangelize storage technology and data solutions Build and invest in customer relationships Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans Drive and manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity
