Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
  • Experience in a leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Proven hands-on experience establishing HR systems from the ground up
  • Track record of partnering effectively with executives and influencing organizational change
  • Strong cultural leadership
  • Business-minded approach to People work
  • Experience designing and scaling people programs in a distributed, remote-first environment
  • Approachable and empathetic, with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
  • Interest in operational excellence beyond HR

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead People Operations function
  • Design, implement, and improve HR systems, policies, and programs
  • Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture
  • Shape and sustain a strong remote-first culture
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to attract and retain talent
  • Establish core management practices
  • Build data-driven people processes and reporting
  • Introduce tools and infrastructure to strengthen company operations
