Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
- Experience in a leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven hands-on experience establishing HR systems from the ground up
- Track record of partnering effectively with executives and influencing organizational change
- Strong cultural leadership
- Business-minded approach to People work
- Experience designing and scaling people programs in a distributed, remote-first environment
- Approachable and empathetic, with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
- Interest in operational excellence beyond HR
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead People Operations function
- Design, implement, and improve HR systems, policies, and programs
- Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture
- Shape and sustain a strong remote-first culture
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to attract and retain talent
- Establish core management practices
- Build data-driven people processes and reporting
- Introduce tools and infrastructure to strengthen company operations
