Manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employees. Develop and implement competitive salary structures and incentive plans. Administer leaves of absence and accommodations in accordance with applicable laws. Maintain compliance with all employment regulations across multiple states. Own HRIS and people systems, ensuring accuracy, troubleshooting, and improving employee experience. Ensure data integrity across systems and support audits, filings, and reporting. Develop and maintain SOPs for People Ops processes. Partner with finance on payroll alignment, headcount tracking, and workforce planning. Use data and market trends to inform strategic decisions, conduct pay equity audits, and analyze program effectiveness. Track and report on key HR metrics. Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and implement automation tools. Lead training for new tools and processes. Work closely with finance, IT, and legal for data alignment and system compliance. Serve as a project manager for cross-departmental initiatives. Directly manage and develop a small team and partner with other People function members. Ensure smooth and scalable onboarding processes. Review and refine offboarding workflows.
