Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfort working independently within a large geographic territory. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, pediatrics, healthcare services, or clinical environments (highly desirable). Background in provider relations, referral development, medical sales, or health-system partnerships (highly desirable). Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven growth processes (highly desirable).
