Engineering at Resource Innovations

As a Lead Java Software Engineer, you will build high-performance, reliable, and scalable enterprise applications, fundamentally changing how utilities manage business processes for energy efficiency and renewable energy. You'll design and develop cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, working with REST/SOAP web services, Redis, API Gateways, and RDBMS to build scalable systems. This team embraces Agile methodologies like Scrum, Jira, and Confluence, fostering cross-functional collaboration with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams. You'll solve complex technical issues, optimize applications for performance, and contribute to a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, distributed environment. The company actively researches and recommends emerging tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and solution quality.
