Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in energy sector, energy management, sustainability, or related field
- Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, and Smartsheets.
- Excellent project and program management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and/or orchestrate all aspects of market transformation initiatives.
- Develop work plans to meet goals.
- Deliver successful market transformation initiative deliverables.
- Identify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables.
- Coordinate across teams internally and externally on client deliverables, and present at Stakeholder Advisory Group Meetings, when appropriate.
- Continuously assess project progress to goal and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
- Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolve and/or escalate client issues.
- Interface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
