Requirements:
Experience managing conference or large-scale event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Whova). Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including dashboard creation and data analysis. Experience working with hotels on rooming lists and group housing blocks preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Customer-service orientation. Ability to travel and work on-site during the event.
Responsibilities:
Manage online registration portal, including attendee access and categories. Download and maintain weekly registration reports. Produce and update registration metrics and dashboards. Monitor and respond to general inquiries inbox. Monitor and update event rooming list. Manage changes to reservations for VIPs and staff. Conduct audits of registration data for accuracy. Serve as primary lead for on-site Registration Solutions Desk. Oversee on-site check-in system and badge printing. Conduct post-event audit of registration data and housing records.
