- Serve as primary thought and operational partner to the President regarding daily priorities and external engagements.
- Support relationship management with partners, donors, grantees, and labor leaders.
- Develop systems to align the President's activities with organizational strategy.
- Ensure the President is appropriately briefed for all meetings and public appearances.
- Manage the President's schedule, travel, and high-profile event coordination in collaboration with the Executive Assistant.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement organizational initiatives and priorities.
- Lead strategic project management, including developing project plans and identifying obstacles.
