- Manage the President’s complex calendar and scheduling for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate board materials, agendas, and pre-read packages.
- Track follow-up actions and maintain board records.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the President.
- Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the President.
- Support meetings, retreats, and special initiatives.
- Contribute to building organizational systems and workflows.
