Marketing Events Specialist

3+ years of experience in event management in the tech space Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a diploma in event management Excellent project management skills Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Able to travel 20% and eligible for international travel Possess a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary travel documents Able to lift and carry 25 lbs Flexible to work outside of regular business hours, including some weekends Proficiency in marketing automation software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Develop a comprehensive event plan and timeline Source and manage external vendors and suppliers Handle event registration and attendee communication Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations Manage onsite event setup Ensure effective pre- and post-event communication Use Marketo and Salesforce to monitor event performance Assist in creating event-related content for social media and website Coordinate marketing event activities for partner collaborations Collaborate with the Design team for event campaign assets Manage the distribution of marketing collateral Stay up-to-date with industry trends Handle campaign-related administrative tasks
