- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and willingness to learn new sales technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to assess their needs and level of interest.
- Re-engage past inbound leads that may not have converted initially but could be a fit in the future.
- Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team with qualified prospects to drive new business opportunities.
- Clearly communicate ArcSite’s value proposition and how it solves key workflow challenges for potential customers.
- Identify and address common objections to keep prospects engaged and move them toward the next step.
- Maintain and track activities in our CRM to ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives and maximize conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies and improve funnel efficiency.
