Requirements:
3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, GTM Operations, Demand Gen, or a similar execution-focused marketing role. Proficiency with HubSpot workflows, automations, lists, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with modern marketing tools (Intercom, Mixpanel, GA4, ZoomInfo, SmartReach, paid ad platforms). Experience planning or executing tradeshows, field events, or B2B events. Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams. High attention to detail, comfort with documentation, and a process-driven approach. Ability to balance hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination. Experience in SaaS or high-growth startups (nice-to-have). Exposure to enterprise GTM motions, direct mail, or multi-channel outreach workflows (nice-to-have). Ability to support basic integration troubleshooting or light technical implementations (nice-to-have). Experience supporting paid acquisition programs or working alongside performance marketers (nice-to-have). Understanding of contractor, construction, or home-service industries (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end logistics and execution for tradeshows. Manage booth contracts, travel, shipments, vendor relationships, and staffing. Oversee pre- and post-show marketing activities. Ensure accurate lead capture, workflow routing, and post-event reporting. Plan and execute small, high-impact events (virtual and in-person). Maintain and improve daily marketing operations across various tools. Support light technical operations like workflow updates and integration QA. Assist in building, launching, and QA’ing paid campaigns. Manage ad trafficking tasks. Support pacing checks, reporting snapshots, and campaign documentation. Assist with onboarding and maintaining tools within the enterprise GTM ecosystem. Support execution of direct mail programs. Help maintain ESP domain health and email infrastructure. Contribute to enterprise reporting.
