Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or hospitality. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Ability to travel up to 25%. Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms (ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar) is a plus.
