Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or hospitality. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Ability to travel up to 25%. Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms (ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide logistical support and program coordination for tradeshows and events. Coordinate deadlines with show organizers and vendors. Assist with booth logistics and vendor coordination. Maintain a master events calendar and track deadlines. Assist with marketing communications for event visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Track event expenses against budget. Manage inventory of branded promotional products. Support post-event follow-up and reporting. Contribute ideas to improve attendee engagement and event impact.
