Requirements:
Analytical mindset Ability to review hiring data and notice patterns English at B2–C1 level Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with urgency and follow established processes 6+ months of hands-on recruitment experience OR 1–2 years as an HR Assistant with partial involvement in sourcing, screening, or interview coordination Experience with global or international hiring environments is an advantage Previous exposure to an ATS or HR systems is a plus
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements Help create and update interview questions Conduct initial screening calls Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records in the ATS Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and support candidates Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements
