1+ year of proven experience as an SEM Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search best practices Strong understanding of key SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc.) Data analytics skills (including comparative analysis of LTV, Repeat rate) Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboard Ability to interpret metrics for actionable insights Good business acumen (market & competitive analysis, forecasting) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Upper-Intermediate level of English
