Prepare content in advance according to the production schedule to avoid delays. Analyze channel and content performance using data and analytics tools. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and grow audience engagement. Continuously improve content by learning from feedback and performance metrics. Proactively suggest and implement new ideas to enhance content performance. Manage posting schedules and maintain the health of social media channels. Balance workload to maintain quality without overworking. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to guide content strategies. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Report any issues promptly and seek solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including approval tables and organized files if needed.
