Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech industries. Deep understanding of the EMEA financial regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, GDPR). Proven track record of managing high-value, complex enterprise accounts. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and growth quotas. Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger). Data-driven approach to account planning and performance assessments. Experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of Financial Services and FinTech clients in EMEA. Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for clients. Partner with clients on regulatory challenges and demonstrate Veriff's solution support. Drive adoption, retention, and growth through cross-selling and up-selling. Bridge between clients and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Solutions Engineering). Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-level executives.
