Proven track record of managing high-value, complex enterprise accounts. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and growth quotas. Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger). Data-driven approach to account planning and performance assessments. Experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams.
