Requirements:
12+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS. 8+ years leading PMM teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments. Proven success in launching technical SaaS products and driving multi-segment GTM strategies. Exceptional storytelling skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and clearly. Deep understanding of SaaS monetization, pricing, and packaging. Experience partnering with executive teams to influence product direction and revenue strategy. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Own and refine product story, value propositions, and messaging framework. Develop clear value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate against competitors. Build a scalable messaging architecture and product storytelling framework. Lead analyst relations strategy. Architect GTM playbooks for product launches. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to orchestrate launch plans. Ensure GTM motions support PLG and SLG. Partner on monetization strategy. Contribute market context to pricing models. Ensure pricing articulation aligns with customer value perception. Operationalize competitive insights into enablement tools. Maintain market landscapes and trend analysis. Synthesize Voice-of-Customer insights. Build and evolve enablement assets. Partner with Sales Enablement and Customer Success to drive adoption. Equip and support teams to translate product capabilities into buyer value. Collaborate to identify and amplify customer stories. Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing Product Marketing team. Institutionalize PMM processes and rituals.
