10+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS products for Mid and Enterprise markets. Proven experience in launching new or transforming existing B2B SaaS products. Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to active users. Experience in the marketing industry is an advantage. Hands-on attitude and customer engagement. Experience in leadership and proven "Manager of managers" experience. Experience in formulating, communicating, and executing product strategies. Proficient in user experience journey phases (activation, retention, expansion). Seasoned in customer development techniques and market research methodologies. Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in remote/distributed environments. Fluent writing and oral communication in English (C1+).
