Requirements:
Leadership experience in product at a highly senior level, owning complex platforms or multi-product portfolios. Background in at least one of the following: payments, transit or mobility, fintech, or integration-heavy B2B SaaS. Proven experience with enterprise or public sector customers, including RFPs, SLAs and complex delivery environments. Experience leading teams of eight plus people across multiple products or programmes. Track record of driving commercial impact (revenue growth, adoption, or margin improvement). Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, payment flows and non-functional requirements. Comfortable balancing long-term product strategy with the needs of large, time-sensitive programmes. Commercially thoughtful with an eye for product opportunities and portfolio performance. Strategic, with the ability to go deeper when needed for clarity and decision-making. Focused on outcomes and customer value, with a calm and grounded approach to ambiguity and pressure. Motivated by building, improving and leading in a scaling environment.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the strategy for core platform domains (ABT, EMV, mobile ticketing, fare engine, API/integration layer). Set priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive awareness. Ensure platform strategy supports enterprise deal success and delivery excellence. Apply a commercial lens to platform decisions, including responding to public sector RFPs. Own the roadmap across multiple product areas and customer programs. Balance long-term investment with needs of large deployments. Lead the full product lifecycle (discovery, definition, delivery, iteration). Make portfolio-level trade-offs for platform investment, customer commitments, and technical sustainability. Build understanding of markets and customer needs to inform strategy. Monitor competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Represent Masabi as a senior product voice in customer and industry settings. Track success through adoption, commercial impact, and customer outcomes. Partner with Engineering to deliver the roadmap, scale, and stabilize the platform. Represent non-functional requirements (SLAs, observability, performance). Support stronger quality practices. Treat API platform and integration layer as first-class products. Strengthen developer and partner experience with improved APIs, documentation, and tooling. Support teams building on the platform. Support go-to-market teams on strategic RFPs and major bids. Play a senior product role in large enterprise programs and implementations. Represent Product in conversations with agency and partner stakeholders. Lead and develop a team of product managers and program leads. Build an outcome-focused, collaborative product culture. Coach emerging leaders and contribute to the Product and Engineering leadership team.
