Set clear priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive awareness. Ensure platform strategy supports enterprise deal success and delivery excellence. Bring a commercial lens to platform decisions and respond to public sector RFPs. Own the roadmap across multiple product areas and major customer programs. Balance long-term investment with needs of large deployments. Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration. Make portfolio-level trade-offs across platform investment, customer commitments, and technical sustainability. Build strong understanding of Masabi’s markets and customer needs. Stay close to competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Represent Masabi as a senior product voice in customer and industry settings. Track success through adoption, commercial impact, and customer outcomes. Partner with Engineering to deliver the roadmap, scale, and stabilize the platform. Represent non-functional requirements (SLAs, observability, performance). Support stronger quality practices. Treat API platform and integration layer as first-class products. Strengthen developer and partner experience through improved API coverage, documentation, and tooling. Support internal and external teams to build effectively on the platform. Support go-to-market teams on strategic RFPs and major bids. Play a senior product role in large enterprise programs and implementations. Represent Product in conversations with agency and partner stakeholders. Lead and develop a team of product managers and product program leads. Build an outcome-focused, collaborative product culture. Coach emerging leaders and contribute to the broader Product and Engineering leadership team.
