Requirements:
7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks. Experience owning critical funnels (e.g., checkouts, sign-ups, KYC) and optimizing user activation. History of launching new products or features from scratch (0->1 builder mentality). Technical & Design Fluency, understanding engineering constraints and having a high bar for UI/UX. Strategic Influence, capable of leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders. Data-Driven Intuition, fluent in SQL/Amplitude and using product intuition to solve problems. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the "Pre-Swipe" Vision and long-term strategy for Card Activation and New User Experience. Build 0->1 Growth Bets by identifying and launching net-new features that drive activation. Obsess Over the Funnel by managing the end-to-end checkout and activation funnel, optimizing for speed, clarity, and delight. Act as a Cross-Functional Leader, partnering with Engineering and Design. Navigate Complexity by working with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to onboard users safely and quickly. Drive Activation Economics by owning metrics like Time-to-First-Transaction and 30-Day Activation Rates.
