Evidence of research rigor translating to product and GTM recommendations. Strong cross-functional leadership and program management. Crisp communication and storytelling skills. Demonstrated experience with in-app lifecycle marketing and activation design. Bias for experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and iteration. Hands-on familiarity with adoption tooling and CX/usage analytics.
