2-4 years in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years in Product Marketing. Experience with vertical SaaS in SMB. Familiarity with workforce/mobile tools, Payments, or education/training products. Evidence of research rigor translating to product and GTM recommendations. Strong cross-functional leadership and program management. Crisp communication and storytelling skills. Demonstrated experience with in-app lifecycle marketing and activation design. Bias for experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and iteration. Hands-on familiarity with adoption tooling and CX/usage analytics.
Responsibilities:
Lead product launch and adoption strategies across the company. Conduct customer and market research to inform product roadmaps and GTM strategies. Translate product capabilities into positioning and messaging for Sales and CX. Lead cross-functional GTM pods to drive adoption. Run launch and lifecycle programs for specific product areas. Own in-app communications and activation journeys. Lead product sunsetting and migration plans. Support CX with live training and webinars. Support Sales with compelling product pitches. Support pricing/packaging recommendations.
