- Own 100% of outbound prospecting to qualify leads for Sales Executives.
- Perform high-volume cold calling within an SMB environment.
- Qualify leads specifically for the landscape, tree care, and snow removal industry.
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager and Sales team to develop strategies and maintain a full pipeline.
- Represent the company at trade shows across Canada and the US approximately once per quarter.
- Track metrics and maintain accountability to KPIs.
