- Partner with the Product Manager and Designer to shape what gets built and how it gets built.
- Own critical services and improve their reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Build complex systems end-to-end.
- Ship product changes continuously with a small engineering pod.
- Review engineers’ work and write clear documentation.
- Anticipate failure modes and build guardrails.
- Follow through on post-incident learnings.
- Instrument shipped work and contribute to operational reliability.
