Requirements:
1+ years of experience working with mid-sized or enterprise customers in a client-facing role. C1+ Level English proficiency. Basic experience with how integrations and APIs work. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong sense of urgency. Experience managing multiple processes in parallel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preference for working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly changing product. Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting a small team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the customer integration process to ensure correct data source integration. Serve as the main point of contact for new customers after sales handoff. Schedule and lead new customer integration and onboarding calls. Provide guides and lead live walkthroughs on specific integration setups. Work with the Product team to troubleshoot integration issues. Handoff customers to the Customer Success team after successful integration. Optimize the integration process to reduce customer setup time. Improve customer experience by creating integration guides. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams.
