Excellent (C1) written and verbal English skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in using LinkedIn to search for candidates. Knowledge of different candidate search methods and tools. Ability to scan large volumes of resumes. Experience conducting various types of interviews. Recruiting experience in Ukraine and EU is an asset. Experience with HR tools such as ATS is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams etc.). Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
