Director of Recruiting

7-10 years of experience in recruiting At least 3 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company Experience building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data-driven decision making Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies (Greenhouse preferred) Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions Strong project management and organizational skills Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track recruiting effectiveness. Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers. Promote diversity and inclusion in recruiting efforts. Leverage recruiting technologies and tools.
