Partnerships Manager

Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage a portfolio of app, channel, sales, and services partners.
Generate and qualify partner-sourced opportunities, and work with Sales to prioritize and progress them through to close.
Activate co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Drive partner growth and engagement through the partner programme and partner lifecycle.
Develop joint growth plans with priority partners to increase customer acquisition, revenue, adoption, and partner contribution.
Run regular QBRs with priority partners, review performance and goals, and agree on next steps.
Track commercial, engagement, and adoption metrics to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
Serve as the primary contact for the partner portfolio and coordinate support across Sales, Marketing, App Success, Product, and other teams.
