Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with multi-unit and/or healthcare experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimization and digital marketing funnel management.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, implementation, and optimization to meet performance KPIs.
  • Strategically balance organic growth with targeted paid campaigns.
  • Establish and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets.
  • Guide website content, design, and user experience initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to implement SEO best practices.
  • Oversee data-driven email marketing for healthcare providers and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, spearheading adoption of innovative approaches and tools.
