Requirements:
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with multi-unit and/or healthcare experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven expertise in leading and scaling digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and more.
Strong command of SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and analytics.
Advanced experience in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, CRM systems, and campaign management platforms.
Extensive experience with Excel required for reporting purposes.
Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and pivot strategy to improve performance and optimize ROI.
Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimization and digital marketing funnel management.
Advanced knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, implementation, and optimization to meet performance KPIs.
Strategically balance organic growth with targeted paid campaigns.
Establish and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets.
Guide website content, design, and user experience initiatives.
Lead efforts to implement SEO best practices.
Oversee data-driven email marketing for healthcare providers and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, spearheading adoption of innovative approaches and tools.
