Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field is ideal. Analytical mindset with experience turning complex data into digestible reports and actionable plans. Top-notch communication skills, able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Master of time management, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Genuine interest in the e-commerce, advertising, and agency space. Creative problem solver with ability to troubleshoot and find innovative solutions. Continuous learner, staying updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and marketing. Understanding of a clean and quiet work environment suitable for video conferencing. Experience leading and managing large media budgets for retail and ecommerce brands. Focus in social media and programmatic display advertising.
Responsibilities:
Plan, book, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit for 6-8 clients. Strategize and implement A/B experiments for audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers. Facilitate campaign implementation, including asset collection and trafficking. Manage monthly channel reporting and strategy sessions with clients. Develop and manage channel initiatives to consistently hit goals. Act as a strategic advisor and recommend pivots to increase channel performance. Present reports to clients, highlighting channel performance, impact on business, and next steps. Complete monthly forecasts for respective channels. Collaborate with media and creative agency team members to ensure plan specifications are met. Identify cross-channel strategies to improve performance. Communicate with clients on team capabilities and proactively offer solutions.
