Experience working in advertising platforms like Facebook and Google Ads and CRMs like NGP and ActionKit. Demonstrated experience of creating and setting strategy for a client. Proven effective written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in stakeholder or client management, copywriting, and digital ad campaigns. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. Able to work extended hours when needed/for rapid response moments. Eager to learn and self-educate. Committed to getting things right – pays close attention to detail and doesn’t stop trying. Responsibilities:
Act as the paid media client lead owning the growth of their digital fundraising program. Develop, set, and execute all aspects of client’s digital paid media fundraising strategy. Work with internal paid media ad ops teams to execute and optimize all aspects of client’s paid media program. Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for our clients, write, fact-check, and proofread content. Respond to topics in real-time by assisting in drafting ads and texts in response to news stories. Lead on relevant client communications. Contribute to a collaborative culture. Work with designers, email strategists, and vendor partners. Be on top of digital trends and new tools. Tailor paid media fundraising strategies to the unique needs of each client and circumstance. Use, evaluate, and provide feedback on new digital tools and emerging technologies. Perform other duties as needed.
