Own campaign performance end-to-end, including pacing, reporting, and results across assigned Google Ads campaigns. Source and manage creative assets, including writing ad copy and partnering on development. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with strategic design, targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation. Continuously monitor campaign health and optimize for higher CTR, reduced CPA, and maximized ROAS. Document all tests and campaign changes, sharing learnings with the team and stakeholders. Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to surface insights and drive alignment. Leverage competitive research to identify new opportunities and lead growth initiatives. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
