- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging Direct Response video ads for e-commerce products using our in-house content, UGC and other creative assets
- Utilize creativity and storytelling techniques to capture the target audience's attention and drive conversions
- Demonstrate expertise in creating video ads for YouTube and TikTok platforms
- Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize ad performance
- Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points
- Tailor video ad content to resonate with the specific demographics and interests of the target audience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
