Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in a Head of Finance or similar role within a D2C e-commerce company with revenue above $100 million.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial concepts effectively.
• Hands-on experience with financial software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights to the executive team to drive key business decisions.
