Requirements:
5+ years in performance marketing or digital acquisition with a track record of delivering measurable ROI. Deep analytical chops; comfortable with data, experimentation, dashboards, and multi-touch attribution. Hands-on expertise across major ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube) and associated tooling. Experience using intent data for targeting, segmentation, and budget optimization. Proficient in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Practical experience using AI to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Bias for action: rapid experimentation, iteration, and an owner’s mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Display. Leverage buyer-intent and first/third-party signals for targeting and optimization. Manage third-party sponsorships end to end. Partner with Integrated Campaigns to integrate paid channels into cross-channel motions. Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs with regional marketing and Sales. Analyze performance, attribution, and full-funnel metrics to uncover insights and guide growth decisions. Design and run A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, bidding, and landing pages. Collaborate with Content/Creative to produce on-brand, high-performing ad assets and landing experiences. Own forecasting and pacing; allocate budgets to maximize ROI. Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting. Identify new growth levers and scale successful pilots.
