Responsibilities:
Build, update, and QA lifecycle flows Implement segmentation, triggers, and timing rules Refresh creative components, templates, and logic Monitor channel-level and flow-level performance Implement optimizations and variations for tests Support experiment implementation across various channels Update paid channel creative, copy, or settings Manage CRM setups, integrations, tagging, and data hygiene Keep brand configurations accurate Troubleshoot delivery issues, sync inconsistencies, or flow errors Maintain documentation and workflow guides Translate performance insights into execution steps Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Surface operational issues or performance anomalies Standardize templates and reusable flow components Improve execution workflows Contribute to internal playbooks and repeatable processes
