- Conduct in-person visits to PCPs, podiatrists, family medicine, and wound care practices across the territory, completing 10–15 in-person activities per day.
- Build relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, and front desk staff to establish the practice as a referral partner.
- Collaborate with internal physicians and operational staff.
- Educate clinical teams on CVI symptoms, treatment options, and patient identification.
- Organize physician lunch-and-learns, doctor-to-doctor introductions, and local field events.
- Log office visits, interactions, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM within 24 hours.
- Distribute educational collateral, referral pads, and practice materials to referring offices.
- Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and clinic-opening ceremonies.
- Grow referral patient volume and market share to meet targeted goals.
