Engage and collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and maintain a deep understanding of all AnitaB.org programs and events, while also sharing information on behalf of the Revenue team. Provide direction and support to new partners throughout the onboarding process. Design sales training collateral and experiences that ensure the Revenue team has the knowledge and resources required to expertly speak to customers about AnitaB.org programs and events. Identify and address points of friction in the sales and fulfillment process by designing processes that enhance communication, promote transparency, and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational metrics. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all platforms. Operationalize workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead management initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization. Provide training and support to staff on data utilization and business intelligence tools, fostering a data-informed culture within the organization.
