Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales development, or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Proficient in G Suite. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels. Research market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate and support sales events, trade shows, and webinars. Vet incoming leads and sales opportunities to determine viability. Maintain HubSpot with up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and accounts. Assist with sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Assist account executives with managing mid-market accounts. Handle minor housekeeping tasks for small accounts. Provide reports on account activities and performance metrics.
