5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies. Technical knowledge of Salesforce, including object management, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, flows, automation, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pardot (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar), and Adobe Sign (or similar). Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Act as an operational partner to the sales team, providing guidance and support. Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate to operationalize new products and go-to-market initiatives. Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms like Salesforce and ZoomInfo. Establish and enforce data governance rules and hygiene processes. Support rollout of new processes and tools through documentation and training. Oversee account transitions, renewal workflows, and inventory reporting. Establish robust Standard Operating Procedures for Sales Operations activities. Lead Sales Operations initiatives from concept to completion.
