5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies. Technical knowledge of Salesforce, including object management, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, flows, automation, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pardot (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar), and Adobe Sign (or similar). Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
