Requirements:
Senior-level experience as a SalesOps/RevOps Specialist in B2B SaaS. Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot. Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and revenue metrics. Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Highly analytical profile, comfortable working with data. Proactive mindset with ability to identify and own improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Experience working in Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS companies (preferred). Experience supporting sales leadership in strategic planning (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve Sales Operations processes (pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking). Manage and administer CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data quality and process adherence. Define, implement, and monitor sales KPIs and indicators. Ensure pipeline stages meet required criteria and data standards. Analyze key sales metrics (sales cycle length, deal size, pipeline health). Support sales planning and forecasting with data-driven insights. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other teams for revenue engine alignment.
