Own and evolve Sales Operations processes (pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking). Manage and administer CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data quality and process adherence. Define, implement, and monitor sales KPIs and indicators. Ensure pipeline stages meet required criteria and data standards. Analyze key sales metrics (sales cycle length, deal size, pipeline health). Support sales planning and forecasting with data-driven insights. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other teams for revenue engine alignment.
