Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of client relationship and/or account management experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or consulting, including at least one startup. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Salesforce. SharePoint experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage client and broker/consultant relationships throughout the client lifecycle. Communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written formats. Manage client communication for engagement marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally within a team environment. Ensure company and client objectives are met. Support Client Executives for retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate data in the customer relationship management system. Resolve service issues promptly.
